Birthday girl dinner
So yesterday was my wife's birthday and her favorite dish just happens to be a specialty of mine, braised lamb shanks over garlic mashed potatoes drizzled with a red wine reduction sauce and I tossed some fresh asparagus on the side to round it out.
Of course, I was starving when I was shopping so I got gargantuan shanks
